Build strength and confidence as you turn your world upside down. Learn to balance and strengthen your inversions in this 2 ½ hr. workshop. Starting with 45 minutes of all levels flow, concentrating on firing up the proper muscles and prepping for our upside-down adventures. By deepening your understanding of inversions, you will learn skills for crow, headstands, handstands, and more. No matter where you are in your inversion practice, you will leave the workshop with the proper skills and newer understanding to work independently on your inversion goals.
