This all-level class will begin with a slow, 40-minute asana practice, encouraging students to nurture the connection of mind, body, and soul through breath and alignment within each pose. This movement will help us loosen the body's tension, allowing students to settle into a comfortable rest nest, supported by bolsters, pillows, and blankets as they allow the body to sink and settle into a space of release and reset. In this place, students will experience a 30-minute live sound healing meditation and drift along to crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drumming, and gongs.
