A one hour practice of Yin Yoga where you will be guided through each pose slowly and mindfully.
This form of yoga targets the deep Connective Tissues of the spine, legs, pelvis and hips. Most poses are primarily seated or lying down and held from 3-5 minutes.
The stillness of this practice is meditative, training the heart and mind in compassion.
(Saturday class is one hour and 15 minutes.)
