Free Your Fascia
A 2 1/2 hour workshop focusing on fascia, what it is, and how to maintain fascial health utilizing flowing and static yoga postures as well as prop assisted techniques to provide a deep myofascial release. Your experience culminates with a guided meditation and extended Savasana for deep relaxation.
